There is absolutely no work life balance in any corporate role at this company, especially if you are a field working employee. This company puts a lot of emphasis on culture - yet they have none. The people that work here are treated unethically and thought of as a number. Upper management uses their power and job titles to put all responsibilities on their subordinates - relieving themselves of any additional work for themselves. The process in which they conduct business is also extremely outdated. You will never get a day off at this corporation. Including weekends. You are expected to be on call and available 24/7, even when you are out on PTO. If you want to have no life balance, this is the place for you. If you value your time off, steer clear from working here. I would never recommend this company to anyone else.
