      - Good Islamic environment - Provide biweekly/ annual training for teachers - Supportive collagues - Good approach in teaching and learning

      Cons

      - Too many work to be done in limited time - Basically teachers need to do every single thing (from teaching to lesson plan to preparing materials to cleaning etc) which can be very tiring - Very low salary (minimum wage) with heavy workloads

      Fun working with the kids.

      Cons

      Low salary, not worth the energy of work for the pay. The staff HR were not helpful if asked about any problem. The task is so ridiculous, which you have to bring back home and settled it down. You dont get much rest. And most important is the salary is very not worth the energy.
