I loved working here. The environment is very welcoming, and the work being done is incredible for the community.

As with any non profit, the pay is on the lower end of the scale.

Good company to work for! The pay is not great but that is to be expected from a non-profit organization. They do contribute to your retirement fund....

Someone I know was recently let go with no better explanation than budget cuts...only to be replaced by someone else.
