Pros
Positive work environment among colleagues in the individual centres. No pressure and colleagues all work very well with each other with excellent teamwork.
Cons
Join at your own risk. Upper management is very poor. Everyday always with manpower issues and ground staff will have to deal with merging of classes, sometimes even handling 3 classes to one teacher because of lack of manpower. This is a very selfish trait from the upper management because they always expect our centre to understand their manpower issues but do not actually provide with enough manpower when our centre is down. It is not our job to handle manpower constraints but actually theirs. Our work is not recognised by the management and they will only show face during important events like meetings with school or when there are huge incidences happening in the centre. They dont always support you but they expect you to give them more than they give you. I am speaking from a supervisor point of view and it really is unfair for the supervisor and the team to cover up all the flaws of the management just for the company to look good to the school. Enough is enough.
