I had had the pleasure of working at LRR for a number of years having previously worked with the founder Victoria in the Digital Division at Cohn & Wolfe and have been impressed with all that she has achieved then and throughout her career. I’ve always admired Victoria's go-getter attitude and exceptional work ethic. She has always led with a strong sense of accountability and an unwavering focus on results, setting a high standard for herself and everyone around her. What truly sets Victoria apart in her CEO role at Little Red Rooster is how deeply she values her team.
