Pros

My hours are good, location is convenient

Cons

These cons are in no particular order. They company is horrible period. 1.Covid guidelines are an absolute joke and are only followed when it benefits the school. 2.I haven’t had a raise is a year in a half. Despite the fact they as a center we were due for one early last year (before Covid was even around) 3.The admin team is worthless 4. The whole company had to sit in a Zoom conference where 4 white women told us all about racism. According to them the feeling you get when you can’t afford a pair of shoes is how POC feel when they experience racism. 5. Centers that cater to a certain clients ie private paying ones receive more support from home office. 6. While the curriculum has changed its still just a pointless bc no one does it correctly. 7. All of home office is working from home but the staff couldn’t even have the week off between Christmas and New Year even though ECE advised it.

Pros

Extremely supportive coworkers and team, great hours and pay.

Cons

Kinda hard to determine what to do with spare time in between covering breaks or bathroom breaks, leaving me wondering where I'm best needed.

Pros

They hire anyone immediately, offer full time with overtime, and everyone has a week off for christmas.

Cons

Assistant teachers with no experience don't get trained, we were out of ratio daily, no bathroom breaks, no support. State and company policies don't get taken seriously. The safety of children is not a priority. Pay is low compared to other centers and teachers are constantly leaving. There is no planning time even though the curriculum needs to be made from scratch.
