Pros

Rent discount is nice if you can/want to use it.

Cons

Upper Management allows community managers to belittle & disrespect their employees. Employee concerns fall on deaf ears. Pay is very low. Employees are not held to the same standards as their counterparts. HR department works on their on time, taking weeks to respond on sensitive matters. There are MANY more “cons” to this company.

Liv cares about it's Team Members. They offer great benefits. All management is understanding and nice to work with.

Cons

Some benefits aren't as easy to use as others.

Pros

Everyone is really down to earth, easy to talk to, and are invested in building a great company culture. Leadership truly values residents to and wants to provide the best value and living experience to them!

Cons

Only con is that they don't have much opportunity for team members to grow in the Michigan market just because the majority of their market is in Arizona. So if you are employed in Michigan and want to grow to a different position, there are limits if you're not willing to transfer out of state... but literally the only con :)
