Pros

Hybrid work model and Work From Home flexibility are good. Work life flexibility is one of the few positive aspects of the company.

Cons

Salary structure is not fair or aligned with skills, experience or designation. In many cases lower level employees receive better compensation, while managers are paid less. Salary hikes are also extremely poor. Tech team and internal portals need major improvement. Although multiple systems and portals have been developed, they often create more issues and errors instead of improving workflows. There is very little accountability, and employees feel they cannot question the tech team works. Internal politics are a serious issue. Promotions, recognition and appreciation are often influenced more by management favoritism and politics than by actual employee skills, performance or contributions. Work life balance is very poor, especially for lower level employees. There are effectively no proper weekends, as employees are expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays as well. There is also no clear 9 hour work limit and employees are expected to stay available 24/7 for support activities.
