some departments are thin and more sales led than product led, more investment in product should help growth

Unlimited PTO, worked with a wonderful team (my peers), the division I worked with was amazing

Terrible leadership on the Livtech level (CEO, CRO, SVP Marketing), no pay increase, good ol boys club that rewarded terrible behavior, not AI forward when I was there, no budget for product development, no career development
