Short on career opportunities: no clear Learning&Developement Strategy, no courses or workshops offering. Onboarding process could be better. HR has high rotation, and it does not feel so close to the employee. SCRUM implementation could be better, there is no scrum master, and retrospective meetings are too short or skipped. Company and team events are scarce. Managers from upper levels don't show much interest for having a closer communication with the development teams. There is a general feeling that many decisions are profit rather than quality driven. Department and teams integration could be better and more efficient. There is diversity, but the effort to integrate and include Indian colleagues falls short, specially when compared to German colleagues.
