As the first reviewer says, I had similar situation like him/her. The boss here is really unprofessional , she pretend to be a human rights activist, but she doesn’t really want to pay you. Every time you need to ask her for paycheck, otherwise she won’t pay you. There is no company policy, nor culture. I don’t how many people are truly working here, but people I met are all temporary workers, they don’t know much about the company.
