Terrible management - Technical Specialist Live Patrol Employee Review

The team that I was apart of was great filled with good people, the management at our office was doing their best with the absolute scraps that were being given to us.

Absolutely terrible upper management, no decent control (other than middle management trying to do their best) over shielding their employee's from angry and verbally abusive clients and members of law enforcement who were upset over the companies own standard business practices, and the eventual out of no where, short-notice closure of our BC office. Even before all of that, there was no room for growth outside of our offices own team, we constantly felt like cheap labour and yet were expected to go above and beyond at all times--and many of us did despite that.
