      Pros

      I was able to work from home. I was able to work my way up from a customer service rep to management.

      Cons

      You are expected to drop everything and log in when rain events occur. You are a 1099 so no benefits. The owners are very conservative and have been vocal about their religious and political beliefs.

      Cant think of anything to add.

      Cons

      Lacks organization and direction. Training is not put together well. Leaves a lot of information out. Campaigns are constantly changing how they want things done.
