Pros

- Great Interns - Not much else

Cons

- Learning and growth is severely limited. At the time of your interview, CEO will promise that you will learn a lot throughout the internship. Do not take his word for it. - There is no salary. I was initially promised a $300 monthly stipend by the CEO which consequently he TOOK AWAY for showing up late. - CEO will verbally abuse and belittle you for getting stuck on a task. He is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. What's ironic? He actually has very little programming sense and knowledge, though he will make it seem to you that he knows a lot and will "mentor" you throughout the internship. Do not be fooled by him. Once you get stuck on a task, he will throw a fit and scream out sentences that do not make any programmatic sense, then will simply tell you to use Google or Stackoverflow. - Overall, you are working for free to be constantly ripped on - let that soak in

Pros

Definitely a lot to learn as its a growing startup and they're taking on a lot of new projects. If you're a hard worker and willing to learn, you'll love working here and everything will work out in your favor

Cons

Compensation is not the best, while some interns weren't paid others like myself were paid. Work hours are terrible and you'll find yourself working till midnight. Management is not the greatest and the CEO might be a bit too tough
