Pros
They employ some really skilled people
Cons
Inadequate security policy, especially considering the customers they are delivering to.
Higher-ups are involved in engineering decisions and make promises to customers that are unrealistic and / or impossible without consulting actual engineers.
Toxic and cliquey management, very much an “us and them” kind of feeling.
General lack of communication.
No progression, pay rises or bonuses.
Blame culture forcing out the most capable engineers, with the more experienced employees hiding behind others work.
No engineering process, very little testing, resulting in poor quality outputs. Selling prototypes, not products, to customers.
