Pros

Pretty good leadership from management. I was lucky enough to have one of the best. Fun, young environment. Casual dress (the owners were all surfers) and culture.

Cons

Every new roll out had ridiculous outages.... they never got the bugs fixed before going live. This caused such an overflow of customer service issues and pissed off clients -- EVERY TIME. No ongoing training for new products. Each department ran so separately and thought THEIR way was what should be adapted.

Pros

Amazing culture coupled with great leadership from management to execute necessary tasks. Fun, fast paced environment with great camaraderie among all employees.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any cons worth discussing. Live Office was a great place to work and learn

Change in culture from casual IT to hyper-political, secretive corporate bureaucracy.
