Great work place - Anonymous employee LiveQoS Employee Review

The people who work at LiveQoS are great. They have a lot of intelligent people working with them and can learn a lot from everyone if you are willing. Also the work provided challenge and a lot of opportunity for growth. Also the work environment is fairly relaxed and you basically choose your own hours, as long as you are putting in the time

Took them almost a week to determine what I would be doing for them. Was not given any real context of the company and what their products and goals as a company are. Was not given too much feedback on my work.

They had free snacks in the kitchen and the cubes were quiet. Until the yelling starts. Thank god for headphones.

A lot of pressure to release new product that very soon would be abandoned. It sucks to work so hard and never see your work turn into anything. No thought or strategy could have gone into decisions. egos and whims. CEO never left his office and I don't think we ever had any real customers.
