Pros
They have a coffee machine, and you might meet a few decent co-workers who are just as miserable as you.
Cons
Working here was one of the most exhausting and disheartening experiences of my career. Imagine getting hired, promised opportunities, and then thrown straight into the fire with zero training, no inbound leads, and a product so unreliable it feels like you’re trying to sell water to a drowning man. Leadership, if you can even call it that, is a pack of narcissistic egomaniacs who seem to genuinely believe their product sells itself and expect you to worship every word they say. The reality? You’ll be grinding 10–12 hours a day just to chase impossible quotas, and the moment you stumble, they’ll toss you out without a second thought. The whole environment is toxic, abusive, and designed to make you feel like you’re the problem when in reality, it’s their system that’s broken.
