      Pros

      Lots of travel and some really great people work there

      Cons

      Long hours, completely unorganized work environment, if they can hire an Israeli to replace you they will, Hebrew spoken constantly, Avi (co-founder) is an engineer who runs the US operation but lacks any semblance of management skill, old hardware designs and unable to keep up with competitors who are taking over
