Pros
Company has a market advantage with its technology and it leads Livedata Solution to be a well known actor in emailing market. Livedata is made for self motivated people, it is also a good place to start your carreer and learn a lot about digital marketing and specially emailing. If you are interested in digital marketing and curious you will find there a good environment with young people but also experience with 2 foundators that are in emailing for more than 15 years. For sales people if you have results your comission will be really good so I would recommend the company for business oriented people. Foundator's humor is a trademark at Livedata but it can hurt most sensitive people... so my advice is to take it as it is: humor
Cons
There is a lack of training due to small size of the company. You need to self train and get insights from the management fast otherwise they might be upset at repeating 2 or 3 times the same things. Owners expects fast results and might pessure you if they feel you are not acting like a professionnal. Therefore if your daily results are not showing your efforts you are exposed to jokes that might require a certain maturity to let it go. If you are easilly offended better walk away because you might be more challenged than what you are able to able to cope with.
