      - Great and friendly people. - Beautiful location.

      - Lack of strong leadership on certain projects. - Limited to no opportunities for professional growth, while offering low compensation. - Extremely difficult to obtain home office days. - HR communication is very poor; most interactions feel like an afterthought and they often reply to requests at the last minute.
