Everything. Lack of trust from managers. Company’s values are not lived by and only a facade to sell more business, get more accounts. Will lay people off after spending for an all hands retreat. Get sick during the busy time of year? They don’t care. You’re just a number.

Cons

Work Volume could be high and unevenly distributed during the busy times. Sometimes difficult to communicate with Engineering or outside vendors in a timely manner.
