      You really feel like you're doing something meaningful and the people at Lively are top notch. It is a fast paced environment that may not be for everyone but it's exciting to disrupt an industry that has outdated technology.

      Cons

      Benefits have gotten better but still have room to improve.

      Cons

      Work Volume could be high and unevenly distributed during the busy times. Sometimes difficult to communicate with Engineering or outside vendors in a timely manner.
