      Pros

      The company is still relatively new, so for a devOps it is a great challenge because you have the opportunity to create a lot of new things and increase your knowledge base by getting your hands dirty. The on-site All-Hands weeks in the US are a great perk and everybody had a lot of fun! Management seems to be very transparent and concerned about the employees.

      Good benefits, PTO, Understanding Managers, Friendly and Smart Coworkers, Ethical Leadership

      Cons

      Work Volume could be high and unevenly distributed during the busy times. Sometimes difficult to communicate with Engineering or outside vendors in a timely manner.
