      Pros

      Young company, easy to make friends. Large open office. HR is trying to improve the company culture. Hours are reasonable.

      Cons

      The company has been around for 10 years and still hasn't found its market fit. Product roadmap does not align with sales and account management strategy. Many top executives have left over concerns about business and the company generally struggles to retain talent. There is little opportunity to move up in the company or learn new skills. Many of the teams are understaffed. Compensation is low by industry standards. Commute to Bushwick is not great.

      Pros

      Cutting-Edge Technologies created by some of the "best minds in the Industry". Leading the way in Streaming Platform and the Tools that are used to create a successful "Live Production". Company can offer Streaming Platform, Production Services, and Products that no other Manufacturer can.

      Cons

      The lack of proper management infrastructure makes it very difficult to accomplish tasks quickly and effectively. The Company is currently devoid of certain necessary functions (i.e.: Marketing. Product Planning and Management) to execute a complete strategy for their Platform and Products. There needs to be more trust with the employees inside the Company as opposed to seeking external advice or consultation.
