Salary rates are far below industry standards. Very high staff churn rate. Blatant favouritism of lower costing internal graduate scheme employees over experienced staff is rampant. The level of technical knowledge and skills among staff is extremely low as most experienced people have moved on to other better paid jobs and companies. Dirty old rundown office. No company cultures or values. Small company mentality and outlook from management. Bad and ineffective management and leadership from senior management. No transparent promotion and job application process, favouritism is rampant.
