Pros

Can wear what ever you want. Gym clothes is accepted. I saw lots of the girls wear black gym tights with thongs in the office.

Cons

The management don;t give you any autonomy, the micromanagement is very heavy in the business. The staff all seem gloomy and depressed like they don't want to be there. I left because I saw almost half a dozen people leave in the last 3 months. It's very depressing and there is not atmosphere in the dark cold office. lots of staff complain at lunch time and in the tea room about there job. I didn't met one happy person there. Dark, depressing, very low pay.

Pros

Easy data entry position for someone looking for something short term

Cons

This workplace is a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a long-term role. The culture is built around bullying and micromanagement, with employees encouraged to monitor and report on one another. Something as simple as leaving your desk more than a couple of times results in questioning, creating an uncomfortable and distrustful environment. On top of that, management frequently behaves inappropriately, making it an unpleasant place to work.
