lots of work, time,. effort, can be distracted by outside forces.

They only good reason to work for this company is if you have no other job choices.

Horrible to employees, unless you play up the ego of the boss and treat him like he is wonderful. He curses at employees, calls them names, calls his customers names and flat out lies to employees and customers. He loves to blame the issues within the software ( which HE develops ) on his support staff, who only have limited abilities to fix things in the software.
