Pros
Opportunity to make a lot of money if you're willing to work, lots of incentives to make $20+/hr Overtime is easy to get and mandatory for most of the time I worked there Training is fast and favors those who like to work and have exceptional work effect
Cons
Hours are really hard to work and inconsistent, somedays you'll work 7.5-8 and others 10-11 without any notice of when you'll get off. Most days averaged around 9 not including lunch. Really high turnover rate makes it difficult for them to be staffed up and provide relief to the people who work the hardest and the longest at the company, most new hires quit or are fired for points within the first couple of months Mandatory overtime is great for money, but becomes exhausting Performance incentive is available, but work in general is very taxing on your body lifting and stacking cases and is difficult even if you're young, especially order selecting,; being in shape and healthy is a must
