This company is great, friendly and helpful. Pays weekly, good working shifts, great equipment and safety is top tier. We get meals often due to our safety record as a whole. Bonus checks quarterly for safety & attendance so pretty much just gotta show up to work, work and pay attention $.

I think the pay is low, and not enough raises. U get to top pay and that's it. For the work involved & demand it seems like a increase is necessary. They also have issues with communication skills sometimes.

Hours are really hard to work and inconsistent, somedays you'll work 7.5-8 and others 10-11 without any notice of when you'll get off. Most days averaged around 9 not including lunch. Really high turnover rate makes it difficult for them to be staffed up and provide relief to the people who work the hardest and the longest at the company, most new hires quit or are fired for points within the first couple of months Mandatory overtime is great for money, but becomes exhausting Performance incentive is available, but work in general is very taxing on your body lifting and stacking cases and is difficult even if you're young, especially order selecting,; being in shape and healthy is a must
