Strong culture around values in the business, respectful management in general and strong levels of expertise. Solid pay and benefits and a positive attitude to D&I.
Cons
HR can be very inconsistent in policy application, especially internationally A bit siloed, strong expertise but hard to cross departments or borders. A handful of poor leaders, who are tolerated.
