Pros
Nice people across oversight teams Good benefits (especially the healthcare) and they embrace hybrid working They do seem to care about their staff Offices are nice and the canteen Seem to be making an effort to do better on building an inclusive culture - some leaders better than others
Cons
Too many levels of hierarchy which reduces efficiency Disconnect between leadership and the staff Still not enough women in Executive leadership positions despite talking tough to the market on the issue Poor people managers who have progressed through length of tenure rather than ability
