Too many politics in the company, no clear directions in energy business. They acquire Moduspec and West Engineering but then change the name to LRED. Hey, we bought company because that company has already had a recognized brand. What the hell you changed it to LRED, nobody know who is LRED. Now I heard they closed down all drilling and Risk Management team globally. No clear direction from the leaders, only profit oriented thinking. This is what happen if the CEO is from finance background. Only small salary increment (less than 2%) for the past 4 years I was with the company. They will just make you redundant if the business is not good, but they will not reduce they pay.
