The present CEO is not experienced, he has his henchmen who go to countries and carry out re-org and destroy the business of that country (US income halved after CEO carried out re-org in US). This org is up for sale, and the moment CEO gets a better deal (for himself) he will exit. CEO and his group have extremely high salaries despite massive reduction in Income. By the way the CEO's salary is 4-5 times the average salary of any listed/un-listed maritime CEO. Diversity & Inclusion is a joke.
