      Pros

      Work/Life balance the best in the industry. These guys really know how to take care of their employees/owners. Just be responsible, on time and be honest. You will be a part of family if having these traits.

      Cons

      I wish they could become bigger company, so they could compete with gorillas and show them how to run the business in full honesty and integrity.
