Good shift, good co workers

Bad management, time management poor,

Full time hours and having the option of overtime when needed.

Lacking in the safety of employees. In all reality, management just wants the job done no matter what. Supervisors and lower management do not share issues of any kind with upper management for fear of looking incompetent at their job. So things rarely get resolved, just pushed under the rug and forgotten. Causing resentment in the workplace.
