Pros

Product base company , hence less pressure comparatively Banking Domain (might be of interest to anybody) CTO seems to be intelligent Salaries deposited on exact time (no delay at all) - Very good in terms of salaries

Cons

Bosses are very rude They have their own rules (different from other companies) Bosses dont know how to speak with employees (no respect at all) They insult in front of whole team without reason HR will not release relieving letter for 2 months (Without reason -even after repeated reminders ) So much of expectations from employees They use one of the plugin of wordpress which nobody in this world uses, so after leaving this company, you are nowhere NO IT Culture observed (may be because other than IT staff is majority - only 10% people are from IT field) Hire and fire (without mentioning reason and without following work ethics) No training on the technology , only expectation is set If you are a technology freak, dont join, if you want to get salary only, then no problem in joining Dont suggest anything, they dont have patience to accept or Digest

Pros

It is good only for fresher not for experienced candidate.

Cons

1. Too much manuplating behavior have in HR department 2. Hiring team just try to grab an experience employee at a very low budget, and too much low employmtent benifits. 3. It is not right place for the experience employee. 4. HR Managemet is very rude when we try to convery of the issue in management. 5. Working culture filled with toxidity, don't waste your time applying in this organisation. After joining you can face so much misbehaviour from the management.

Pros

Loantap was a good learning experience overall. The company ensured salaries were always credited on time, which reflects financial discipline and reliability. I also had the opportunity to work with some genuinely supportive and talented colleagues, and the organization conducted engaging events and activities that helped maintain employee involvement.

Cons

At the same time, there were areas that could have been improved. The management style often felt overly controlling, with limited openness to alternate perspectives or employee feedback. Certain policies and processes were also stricter than necessary, which at times impacted flexibility and morale. One area where the company can improve significantly is employee growth and career development. Clear growth paths, role progression, and discussions around employee interests and long-term development would help improve retention and motivation.
