Great pay if you are on prevailing wage jobs!! Some decent superintendents
Cons
Safety is 2nd to production at times depending on supervisor. Lot of Travel using your own vehicle Work can be inconsistent at times When on rate work your pay is the same as the guy next to you regardless of how worthless or productive he may be. Use of your own personal tools
