- 4 days in office - Benefits are mediocre, at best - Management acts like they care, but they do not - Frequent layoffs but then they post the same roles to hire new people. Why the unexplained layoffs then? There are little to no growth opportunities for many roles (despite what is shared and promoted during the hiring phase). Management is often confused about the direction they want to take their teams wellbeing because everything is about the "business".
