      Timely Acknowledgement and Rewarding the Talents, Company is Open to listen to its Employer's Suggestions, Openness to Bring in New Concepts, The Projects are handed on as a whole rather than assigning specific tasks. It is a platform for extraordinary learning, Friendly environment. Respectful and Friendly Boss.

      Cons

      Salary could have been bit more than usual but the fact that this is a Start-Up is to be understood. I appreciate the timely appraisals which the company gives.

      Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. On the Salary part, yes, agreed. As LocSea is a startup, it will be difficult to match the market standards. We are still in research phase and we are charging only 30% to our clients. Once we complete our research phase and start producing maximum ROI for our client, we can start charging more. I assure you will be compensated for the effort during this time. We have a target of 2 years to reach this stage and let's work towards that. Keep up the good work.
