1.Lack of innovation and delivery in product 2.Not standing out in the market because competitors are more advanced with a lot more to offer 3.MNC, Lack of strategic planning especially on GTM 4.Lack of structured onboarding for some team/departments 5.Noticing emerging employees turn over from juniors to seniors 6.Still working on building work culture 7.RTO might not work for everyone
