Pros
A culture of respecting employee time outside of work hours. Only contacting if there's an emergency which is rare. Room to grow as both an employee and as a person depending on your team Work Life Balance is valued and fought for. Hybrid work settings International team that tend to share same values and are genuinely friendly and cooperative provided you do the same. Employees are valued in my opinion at least. No matter how big a client is, higher ups does not take disrespect towards the team lightly.
Cons
Not every scenario is documented and for a lot of things, it's gonna be a first time situation. Nature of a startup is that things go fast and sometimes it you will miss big updates without knowing. Not all teams are equal in mutual support. Some are very supportive of each other, some are not. I am very lucky in my opinion. Things are somewhat disorganized but it's to be expected. Best we can do is slowly organize every bit so that new members can have an easier time onboarding.
