Teamwork even through adversity, strength at its finest. Brotherhood of soldiers. No talking. Action. Customer focus & attention at a level in several cooperate restaurants prior to employment that I have never experienced. Taught to me by an individual that perfected this skill I only imitated. Compassion and gentle heartedness to our majority of customers that I admire. I have always been taught to respect my elders regardless of their behavior. I have seen this on numerous occasions and participated. I wish more restaurants operated in this manor, regardless of where I end up in my career.

No 401k match or FSA/HSA In my opinion, All employees, regardless of position should have more opportunities to educate, and better themselves. They are doing for the employer, why not do the same in return? Give and take. Fairness and equality. #Respect #Get what you give
