Pros
Very smart team in all parts of the world - face paced and strong company values - scrappy (a pro and a con!) which allows you to run with your ideas and bring them to life. Learning a lot about partnership and going to market globally. Leadership team and CEO himself ultra accessible.
Cons
As a smaller team there are more limited resources than a big company. Often need to do strategy as well as execution. This company (2022) is currently in a growth phase so there is usually more that needs to be done than can be done in a day. The company operates globally so coordination has additional challenges with sone of the leadership in Aus.
