*The flexibility this job provides for me and my family is incredibly valuable and by far the biggest perk for this workin' Mama. *I love the team I work with and the work we do. Very lucky. *I am able to grow professionally with this job and encouraged to do so. *Great networking within the industry. * I enjoy being able learn so much about what we do even if it's not necessarily in my corner of duties. This company is supportive of their employees becoming well-rounded and understanding our industry's needs and how to contribute to our mission. *It's hands down the best job I have ever had and this is coming from someone who has worked with some great teams in my past and great job communities.
