      Pros

      Friendly and motivated team. The work is fast paced and projects are diverse, meaning plenty of opportunities to expand skills and grow. Most projects/clients are ethically minded which makes for meaningful and rewarding work. Studio space is lovely.

      Cons

      Most of the team worked remotely during my time, more in-person collaboration would have been nice but there was still a good level of communication.

      -I’ve always felt included in team discussions and decision-making. Local Peoples fosters a strong sense of collaboration and trust. -Regular check-ins and transparent workflows help me stay aligned with project goals and priorities - I’m given the space to manage my time and work independently

      Cons

      -I work remotely and not being physically present means I sometimes miss out on the informal moments that help build rapport and deeper team connections.

      There is such great bakery's and cafes near by that you can put on some extra kgs fairly quickly
