Rapidly growing business - Anonymous employee Local Thyme Employee Review

Hi -- I'm the owner of Local Thyme Recipe Development Service, in Madison WI. I am the sole proprietor, and recently, except for about 2-3 weeks 2 years ago, when I went on vacation abroad, I have no employees. When I took that trip, I asked a friend to fill in for me for about 2-3 weeks. No one has ever worked full-time for Local Thyme in Madison except for me. I have hired part-time temporary workers here and there since 2012 (maybe a total of 7 people for a bit of time on and off) but nobody has worked here more than part-time for more than 2 years besides me. There is a restaurant in NYC and in Ohio that share my biz name -- maybe this review is meant for them. You mention "finding covers" -- that refers to customers in a restaurant -- my business isn't a restaurant. It is a website that posts recipes based on what CSA farms are delivering...
