Communication is entirely done asynchronously, which I find very interesting because it grants us the freedom to select the most productive time for work.
Cons
The projects I had the opportunity to work on were rather straightforward, lacking significant technical challenges. This situation can potentially lead a person to become professionally complacent. You need to find motivation to improve elsewhere.
