Pros

Several area offices when needed for working remotely. Some very good co-workers within department and sister departments. Some benefits offered/available. Company paid E&O, HAR/NAR dues and CE for salaried positions (Included in reported base pay.)

Cons

Too many layers of management for such a small organization and within some departments. More hands needed doing the work and fewer reporting on what is not getting done. Inexperienced managers, a completely disengaged HR representative, and high turn over. Each team member is overburdened with accounts to the point of not being able to provide adequate service to their assigned clients and customers. Contractual obligations are not being completed. And customers are often charged unwarranted and possibly illegal charges, which are passed onto clients when the customers fail to pay them. Feedback on systemic procedural errors and imbalance of staff workload was ignored. Cost of benefits provided was excessive compared to other area companies in the same industry. Little room for growth as the organization is too top heavy currently.
