Fantastic Employer - Human Resources Consultant Loch Associates Group Employee Review

I have found a very supportive team who have looked after me and supported me through some very difficult times. They have a very collaborative approach to work. I have seen a few negative reviews on this platform and I just don’t recognise any of these issues. It seems to me as though these individuals have nothing to do with the company (fake) or have left under difficult circumstances. Like all companies not everybody fits. There are occasionally poor performers and when they leave they take revenge on platforms like this. The MD had helped me personally supported me through some very serious medical issues, paying me, when she could have put me on SSP. She practices what she preaches. Honesty and Integrity are paramount in this company and this plays into their team approach. I have enjoyed all my time with this company and highly recommend them to everyone. If you are thinking of apply for job here and are concerned in anyway I would advise you to ask for a brief chat to the MD or any of the senior management and you will get a true picture of the company.

Parking in Tunbridge Wells can be a little challenging at times.

I genuinely cannot think of one.

I have never seen such a high turnover of staff in a company as much as this one. The MD is an awful disingenuous individual. I witnessed good staff be treated terribly - and then it happened to me. Even now when I drive into Tunbridge Wells I shudder at the thought of my awful experiences there. She may offer a competitive salary in her many job adverts but that’s because she has to - no one would work there otherwise. If you do take the plunge, you’ll regret it within 6 months. One day you’ll no longer be in favour and you’ll be outed!
