Great Company that Cares - Human Resources Manager Lockly Employee Review

Their products are excellent for residential use.

Their hardware is not a commercial product even though they try and pass it off as being so. The North America staff are great people however, ownership is terrible. The owner has his hands in every aspect of the business and he treats his employees and people in general like garbage. This company will never grow as long as the owner continues to treat people poorly and micromanage his sales and management staff. I would not recommend accepting employment here. My advice would be to run not walk from any opportunity here.

- someone could get higher salary with the market pay, even they have no value - good location (5 mins walk from Ngau Tau Kok station)

- nano to micro management - not respect suggestion - long working hours, 24/7 environment - no bonus, no double pay, review not based on performance
